DermaHarmony 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid Body and Facial Soap come in a pack of five 4 oz. bars that help in preventing and controlling itching, flaking and irritation associated with dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis. This soap, which is a registered OTC drug, is safe for use by both adults and children, being made with natural ingredients.

The Active Ingredients in this soap are 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid. The Inactive Ingredients are Sodium Palmate, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Glycerin (from vegetable oil), Soyethyl Morpholinium Ethosulfate (soy-derived), Sodium Chloride (salt), pentasodium perdelate. (*May contain this ingredient).

To use this soap, it is recommended to use it daily or as directed by a doctor, in place of regular soap. It is advised to work up a later using warm water and gently massage into affected areas, leaving it in contact with the skin for at least 30 seconds, and then rinsing well. For best results, use at least twice a week. In the case of accidental ingestion, one should contact a physician or poison control center immediately.

Because some customers experience a drying of their skin when using this soap, it is suggested to start with one application and then gradually work-up to daily application. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day, and follow cleansing with a natural moisturizer or conditioner if needed. If using as a shampoo, the bar may not perform well with hard water.
